My mum has it and has nearly every time she's online it frequently disconnects? Anyone else experience this? I'm going to change her to another cheap dial-up. She barely uses it so a cheap p/min one is best. Have tried tesco and they were'nt much better. Any good ones for a very low user?

Tiscali is an appalling ISP.
I find that Wanadoo or Topletter.com are both good for dial-up.
