Sorry to knock the doubters, but I believe the pressure started with my query of the freephone number (just key it in folks and click on 'who is calling me') plus the thread on this forum have created so much pressure on the 'scammers' that they have tried to recover the situation by refunding to me and at least one other person. I was refunded on the 01/03/11, and yesterday received a Credit Note and Visa receipt through the mail. Naturally, I was duty bound to inform Santander as they had already made a refund to our account.

Try reading the information and not between the lines!

I contacted the ISP of CCS Premier who advised they were hosting 3 websites for this scam company and I asked them to take down the sites....They have suspended this one at least

CCS Premier (also usedenginesandgearboxes, pb spares:mad: and enginesRus) address is an indian restaurant and their phone numbers are invalid

I am waiting for a refund of £370 for a non-existant Honda Civic engine paid for 3 weeks ago I will be passing all the information I have to the police and trading standards

Beware...even though I work in IT I was still taken in by the polite friendly ever helpfull staff until I dug a little deeper...they have promised a full refund today....WATCH THIS SPACE!!! if not i will be visiting the 4 address' I have linked to some of the sites and premises associated with this scam group located in Bolton Lancs...:T

Switch but Yey!!! :beer:the money was back in the account this morning. They posted out a payment slip and transferred the money as they said....shocked and stunned or what!!!

It was my boyfriend who ordered the engine, he's lucky to get the money back as Ive seen some of the comments and people have been waiting months. I did threaten them though and did have their websites suspended by reporting their illegal trading ctivities to their ISP, so it must have rattled a few cages....:rotfl:

Keep phoning them and threaten them with police and trading standards...they will have to give in and repay everyone soon. I think the inland revenue should take a close look too, they should also be forced to stop trading pending further investigation
