Paint for UPVC windows

My son has bought a house where the previous owner was sloppy with his painting. The brown UPVC windows have white emulsion around the edges of the windows. Like a fool he has only noticed it after he's decorated a couple of rooms and doesn't want to interfere with the work he has done by scraping or using a solution to remove said paint.
I have suggested findind a paint that will be "man" enough to just paint over it to tidy up the edges, something like a UPVC paint in dark brown. Anyone else have any ideas and/or where I may purchase such a paint. Thanks.

Carefully scraping it off with a plastic spatula or similar will look better than trying to match up with paint.0

Don't get involved in painting uPVC. You will live to regret it.
I find a non-scratch pan scourer and some warm water gets rmulsion off plastics.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
dont use any solvent on the frames as suggested warm water .Anything in the grain of the upvc use very fine wire wool but be careful with neat washing up liquid .Then spray with wd40 and buff with clotheif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0
