Due to the closure, I know Easymobile are offering porting to Fresh. I also know you can port the number to a CONTRACT tariff on any other network (O2, Voda, Orange, T-Mob) but can you port the number to a PAYG on those networks?

I have successfully ported Easy numbers to O2, Tesco and Orange. The others shouldn't be a problem either. You will just need a SIM card. There are a number of 'free' SIM card deals about.
