yes thanks exhaustedmum(i know the feeling!) mine arrived today as well.very pleased with them so thanks again.i think that has pretty much completed my collection now(well,there's always room for one more....)

i ordered the OH a necklace and pendant on Saturday, had to phone then yesterday to check status and arrived this morning. They said it had been 'misplaced' due to type of order ie necklace.

My advise is to phone them, very friendly and helpful

This question is abit off topic but i got bought a genuine pandora braclet & one charm for christmas i cant wait until my braclet is full , its looking really bare . I just wondered the people who are saying they have a full braclet how long did it take you to fill it ?? Did you buy charms for yourself or did you wait until birthdays / christmas and let people buy the charms for you ? Its going to take forever to fill mine , im tempted to buy some myself .

2 out of the 3 charms I ordered were correct, sadly got sent the wrong one which if it wasn't one I already had I would have seen as a surprise and probably kept!

They are friendly, bit annoying that its an 0845 number though. They have said to return the charm, they will pay the postage for this, and will then send me the correct one. Lets hope they stick to this
