Pandora jewellery all has the 925 silver hallmark and 'ALE' stamped on it. However, there's nothing to stop a manufacturer stamping ALE on any piece they create, either, so it's still no guarantee.
Any 'Pandora' item which is cheap is unlikely to be Pandora. Murano glass beads have patterns that go through the glass, not just painted on. the middle silver part has 'Pandora' stamped on, too. The quality is excellent, you generally can't see any joins and it looks like quality, not the tat on that previous website where the silver is tarnished and black.
But put quite simply, the ONLY way to know if it's real is to buy from an authorised stockist or dealer (under 'Stores' on their website). Most sellers on Ebay are fakes. Anyone offering a charm for less than £15 is unlikely to be real, unless it is an individual person selling off their own Pandora charms, rather than a business.
The official site is great for comparisons, though. You can clearly see what the charms *should* look like!
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -

Well, I ordered a ring a few nights ago and it came today, it was free delivery but I wasn't sure if that was because of the price of the ring (£67).
It is a Pandora ring and it's lovely, I just have to wait until my birthday before it's officially mine.First win 2nd April.......at last :rotfl:0 -
Thanks for this OP. My children have very kindly just bought me a bracelet and a spacer (£64) to go with the bead that my lovely MiL bought me for Christmas

thanks OP just ordered some for presents, the silver ones have gone up to £30 in our local jewellers and I overheard a conversation between the Pandora rep and manager before christmas where she (the rep) said they're going to be phasing out the silver ones and just supplying the more costly ones - whether its true or not I don't know but the manager didn't look too chuffed.0

Thanks OP. Ordered a silver and gold charm with leaves that I'd been thinking of getting for ages now.
That's my pandora bracelet just about completed now. I have all silver charms on it (no murano glass ones) and will put this gold/silver one in the middle of the bracelet. :j0 -
Wish I hadn't seen this thread!! Ordered a few charms for my bracelet. Perhaps i'll convince family that they want to give me them for my birthday (not for ages!), may feel less guilty then0

Me too! Figured one for Valentines and two for birthday!
That's my bracelet almost full now, I've had it a couple of years and was getting really fed up of Pandora's inflated prices so it was good to buy with a bit of discount. Thanks OP
