Good service up to the point of making a COMPLAINT!!!!
No customer services department therefore spoke to someone who addressed themselves as the ‘supervisor’ to discuss the recent service undertaken on my vehicle.
Supervisor, who I have subsequent found out is the Director of the Company was rude and obnoxious when trying to discuss the complaint – calling me a LIAR! Not what I would call customer service and not the behavior becoming of a Company Director.
The end result, false economy: where I saved in the initial service cost, I am now out of pocket by £181.16 to get my vehicle repaired.0 -
I have recently experienced the Service4Service package and want to advise people to avoid at all costs.
They charged me £425 for a service and to fix my door lock. As you may know they make you pay to get your car back so before you have seen the work.
I received the car back with the following issues after an inspection 2 BMW service:- Lock still in the state it went to them in so still unable to lock my car via the key or remotely despite them quoting me for the repair and me paying this to get my car back (£90 for 2 hours labor)
- Service lights on all over the dash of my BMW
- Car running worse than when it went in
- Oil light on
- Fans not working
I have been in contact with Paul Willis from Service4Service for over a month now and all they are doing is leading me along. he has apparently been on leave every time I have sent one of the 20+ emails and 20+ calls I have made. They have made no attempt to rectify the problems and just generally do not care.
I am planning to get my money back and take them to court if needed and have solicitors lined up to help that are a family friend so this helps and I have been in touch with the CAB but despite me quoting the fact they should be fixing or refunding me under various consumer rights acts they just don't seem to be in any rush to help.
Anyone on here got any further advice before I have to take them to court on how to get my money back for absolutely diabolical service on the car and to me?
Thanks in advance.0 -
I was ripped off by them recently, cost me over £180 for some anti roll bar linkages for a Clio. I called a main Renault dealer afterwards, who quoted me £122 inc vat fitted. When I called to speak to Paul, who originally quoted me, and who I presume is one of the main guys there, he would not return my calls. I called several times. So it actually cost me 50% more rather than the 65% less claim as quoted on their ads. AVOID !
Paul Willis is the guy I am trying to deal with and they just keep stringing me along.
Looks like it will have to be a court case to get my money back and damages.0 -

Just received a call from the MD. Very nice guy and has said all the right things so far so am very hopeful this will be resolved and a I can remove this post and replace it with a good review.
Fingers crossed ah....0 -
So far things are looking up. Spoke to the MD who is a very nice guy and they are going to look at the car again and see what can be done.
Much better customer service and good to see the MD taking this seriously.
I will update once an outcome has been reached and let you know if they have resolved this or if there is going to be more action needed but so far opinion is changing of them and will be very impressed if the MD does sort this.0 -

keep us updated on jj:)0 -
Finally they have taken the car in to fix the lock. once this is sorted and then the matter of compensation sorted then this will all be behind me.
I have to Say the MD of Service4Service has worked hard with me on this, kept in touch and been polite and helpful when dealing with me so providing this is all sorted I will certainly have changed my opinion of the companies involved.0
