On my 'Order Update' it says this-

Delivery
Price and delivery charge will be as specified by you on your order form. If you have used any promotional codes your discount will be applied when your order is processed.

I hope this means that I will actually be charged the agreed amount on my order confirmation email

I used this code about a month ago and was charged for delivery. I called Customer Services and they have credited my card with £3.50 (she didn't even ask if I was a gold member or not). I also said I had used a code for 1000 extra nectar points and these were added to my account.

Sometimes I think it depends on who you speak to at Customer Services!

Yes - it is worth making a fuss. I used both 10% and free delivery codes - both showed as working but they then charged the delivery to my card.

I spoke to someone in customer services who was useless, saying that she couldn't do anything about it because it was an online discount and that i would have to email.

So sent an email explaining how the invoice and email confirmation showed that p+p was free and that I expected the £3.50 refunded to my account (i know it's not much money but it's the principle of the thing! )

This morning had a reply saying that they are refunding the p+p to my card - so worth a shot :T

I have had one order delivered and had been charged the delivery. Quick phone call to a very helpful person who has refunded the charge and also looked at my second order and refunded the charge on that one too. (That order is about to be sent out). Only thing is, I still haven't been charged on my credit card - not even in pending?!
