Is anyone finding when they are lookingat certain things it's crashing. I can't look at any bags or purses which is a shame as I have been able to use the extra 10 % discount code too but I tried it as a test first to see if it worked and now I know it does I can't get anything anyway.

Mind, got last week, as up until last saturday there were a load of vouchers posted ( I assume card holder vouchers... I never use my card) giving upto 20% off .

normally these something about not using more than one promotion... but we had no issues , in fact , got both based on the original

ie

20% off £300 and another 10% off the same £300 = £210
instead of £216 if done as 10% off the remainder

I have just had a email from nectar saying as well as the discounts there will be triple nectar points online and in store. It says to quote UJ3P online. Do we have to quote something in store too? never been to a special event in store!

I used those codes as well and saved £39.38. HOWEVER, I've just had an anti-fraud call from my credit card company asking me to confirm I authorised a transaction for the full amount! I'm awaiting a response from Debenhams about this.

Has anyone else checked their credit card statements to make sure they've been charged the correct amount?

I hope this does not happen DeaconBlue. I will keep an eye out on my statement to see if they try to charge the full amount. I wil cancel my order if they do.

I have been worried about the same. I made 2 orders yesterday using freed del code and 10% off code and I have checked my account several times. Normally transactions appear as 'pending' amounts but there is nothing for either order. Don'tknow whats happening, esp as I went to Sainsburys 45 mins ago and that is already there as pending? Hope they are just swamped and it goes through ok.

I have a pending payment on my credit card for the full amount even though i used the 10% and free delivery codes!
