Does anyone know where to codes came from?
Just in case we have to call them up to say they have not come off totel price as the invoice shows

I got the PYVP code from Debenhams website! (It was through a link to Designers at Debenhams) on Tuesday night.

Printed off a coupon which said the following:

Treat yourself to 10% off online or in store with our compliments.

1. This voucher may only be redeemed once (and must be handed in on redemption) against goods purchased at any Debenhams and Browns of Chester Store in the UK or online at https://www.debenhams.com on or before 30 November 2006.
2. This discount is not available on handling and delivery charges, Gift vouchers, Giftcards, Personalised wedding stationery, Wedding gift lists, Activity Superstore, Food services, Flowers, Hampers, selected concessions, cash back transactions and Financial services or in payment of any outstanding balance on your Debenhams account.
3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer or promotion.
4. To claim your discount online visit https://www.debenhams.com and type the offer code PYVP in the promotional box once you have added the items to your shopping basket. The discount will be shown in your shopping basket.

I wasn't sure if it would work during the spectacular but it didn't say it wasn't valid 15-17 November, although No. 3 above states not to be used in conjunction with a promotion! I decided to try it anyway. My order came to £85 (took off £8.50 discount) + p&p £3.50 = £80 to pay.

Checked my credit card statement and £62 has been taken! Have had no email to say that any item is out of stock so don't understand.

Will keep you posted if I have an update and if anyone wants a photocopy of the 10% off voucher that I printed from the website, pm me and I'll send you one.

Absolutely disgusted with this store tonight, namely the Game franchise within it (southampton in my case).
Waited for the 20% as was going to buy 3 xbox360 games, and a psp game, all with 20% off according to the bumph. Yes, 20% off of- the price they bumped up to cover it. Namely- Call of Duty 3 on Xbox360 was £39.99, bumped up to £44.99, and so on. I know you will all say this was still a saving, agreed it was, but its not really in the spirit, and when I asked the manager about it, he said "Head office decided to cover the 20% discount that way".
Game- you've lost my trade now, plus they have taken away the return in 10 days if you don't like it thing. Only reason I used them, but not any more.:mad:

I've just had an email saying half my things have been dispatched and half still processing - and that I have been charged the full amount! 10% added back on and no free delivery. Bit annoyed now that I did 2 orders!

Check how much is charged to your credit cards carefully! The 10% code seems to have worked but debenhams have charged me for the P&P - i've sent them an email asking them to reimburse me for the £3.50 postage and will let you know how i get on:rolleyes:

Just a quick update. Just got my delivery and on my invoice every item is reduced by 10% i.e. got a jacket at £30 but invoice shows £27. So the 10% code seems to have worked.

I didn't use the free p&p code or the extra nectar points because I didn't know about them when I placed my order.

You need to check your credit card statement though! I have been charged full price even though the order said 10% off. I now have three amounts regarding this order:

1) Full amount - charged to my credit card
2) 10% off and free delivery - order confirmation email
3) 10% but no free delivery - order update email today

And I have now emailed Debenhams three times and am still awaiting a response.

My 10% code went through but they charged for delivery but it still made my item cheaper than anywhere else so I don't mind.
I think you will find that on https://www.hotukdeals.com it says that the free delivery code is for Gold card members only.
