Vodaphone problems
Would someone be able to help me as vodaphone cant
Here we go in my 24 month contract i signed up to in january 2010 i get 1200 mins unlimited txts 1gb data use and free vodaphone to vodaphone calls
For the first 11 months ive had no problems with vodaphone but then on the 22nd of december i rang vodaphone to pay my bill and was told i could have 1 month free calls to 0800 numbers which was very handy i thought or how wrong could i have been.....
I paid my bill for january and a few days later got a txt message from vodaphone stating i had very high usage on my account and to my horror when looking on my account they had taking off my free vodaphone to vodaphone minutes without telling me ?
I have rang their shoddy customer service team many times and get fobbed off or being told the matter has been resolved and then yesterday they just cut off my three lines i have with them one of which is my heavly pregnant girlfriend who needs to call me in a emergency ?
I am really getting hacked off with this company as they do not know what one part is doing from the other as i have wrote to them twice as well and still not had a reply in nearly 2 weeks.
If anyone could give me some advice i would really be grateful

When they said it was resolved how did they explain what had been resolved ....had they put you back on free voda to voda and applied a credit for the charges made ????It's not just about the money0 -
What they said to me first they would put my free vodaphone to vodaphone calls back on which they did but gave no explanation why it was taken off and that i would not be charged for it and then yesterday i was cut off but then rang them and was put back on but was told i had to contact them at the end of the month as my next bill has not been generated yet so they cant take it off yet ?0

You need to ensure they don't wreck your external credit rating - or these problems will be small in comparison.
Vodafone is not easy to communicate with - like many companies nowadays the customer comes last and everyone passes the buck. Just about the only way you're likely to sort anything out is from their representatives on here - their last ditch attempt to sort out all their messes when they come into the public eye. I would need proper, written confirmation of a resolution and a clear statement from them that this will NOT affect your external credit records or rating in any way. This latter written reassurance is the most important - they have more time to sort the rest out (and should do so without delay).0 -
Hi Mclovin79,
I have responded to your post in the other thread but I thought I would drop a message on here too just in case you hadn't seen it.
I would like to get this looked into for you. Can you send us an email here with WRT135 in the subject and a link to this thread. I would like to help get this resolved for you as I can understand that it's causing you some upset.
Kind Regards,
Heidi
