Warning about Vodafone PAYG...

Just want to let you know my experiences as a Vodafone PAYG customer for 2 years.

-The service is terrible
-£10 credit runs out in 10 minutes
-Their automatic top-up service is down a lot, so they are even incompetent at taking their own customers' money
-their webpack is overpriced and inconsistent, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't
-They are incompetent with international calls and texts..My texts never reach their destination but I get charged the money

Luckily Virgin PAYG came along and saved my life

I suppose that all begs the question that if it was PAYG why did you stay with them for 2 years?

my stupidity really..i thought it was normal for payg..then I got the virgin tariff and it worked out about 400% cheaper
