Loved the spurs celebrating the phantom goal. Always though Sir Alan Sugar was a &^$& however he is now a legend! :rotfl:
Big signings this summer and we can challenge I am sure of it. If only Bale did a Sol Campbell!!
Walking with Dinos was fantastic, really well put together and I enjoyed it as much if not more than DS. Balloons at £5 however was a step too far so DS wasn't happy when I said he couldn't have one. Nice day out for him as he doesn't often get alone time with his pappy.
Three sleeps to go until hols, bring on the sunshine and free ice creams.

Back off the hols, had a fab time.
The LO's loved it, they had mini-disco every night and the kids pool and park was just right for them.
Weather was sunny and warm but not too hot so all in all was great.
Just made an OP of £3000, spoke to Halifax and due to them changing the way they do mortgages the 10% limit was reset in April so my January OP doesn't count towards my limit. Yay!
My target for the year can now effectively be £19,000.
I'll look to start getting some guttering quotes in with the surplus I'll have in a couple of months time. Time to plough some into the house itself and not just on the mortgage.
I am however highly optimistic I can be MF in 3-4 years

Need to have a toy sort out soon, will look to have a car boot over summer but other than that no real MFW news.

Made an OP of £1000 which has me now at my limit for OP's this year with Halifax.
Going to aim for £12,000 more this year so come January I can make an early large OP. Might be aiming a bit high as I want guttering etc doing too.

Hi Pam,
Thanks for that, yes these last three months I have been lucky enough to really make a dint in target. I feel a bit like a cheat really in truth.
The pennies are all unpaid bonuses from the last 5 years which until now work hasn't had the cash to pay out, so I am having a sudden influx.
It does mean my original aim of 7-10 years is more likely to be MF in 3 years now if it carries on at the current rate.
The OH and myself are still not going mad and managing to save between £500 to £1000 a month from the wages in addition to these payments. Thats a bit why I haven't been posting other than the amounts because I see how hard others are trying and like I say it feels like I am cheating somewhat.

I am hoping to be MF in about 3 years too but my term is now only 4yr 10mths. (Although in the beginning it was 23 years before I started on it 3-4 years ago!)
Its not cheating at all as its still your money that you could have used to spend on something else but you have chose to put on the mortgage. Good luck to youMPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987
