I think this is right, I did a full meal plan till the end of the month yesterday at work but I seem to have left it on my desk :rotfl: The good thing I have found is that I need to buy hardly anything for the rest of the month - a few bits plus fresh milk & fruit.
Breakfasts will be HM yoghurt and fruit, OH will take sandwich and fruit for lunch, I will take LO savoury mince for a couple of days and then HM soup and roll. Baking something this week, not sure what! Maybe lemon drizzle, and fairy cakes for packed lunches... Ooh lemon drizzle fairy cakes :T0 -

I've adapted the principles of the my special K plan, as some of the meals on there weren't suitable, and I was getting bored with the ones that were. These are all suitable for pescatarians (no meat, but eat fish), and are low fat. I've not put in the snacks on here, although I've planned them - they are mainly fruit, and the occasional cereal bar.
