I really can't decide which I want really. I use my phone mainly for texting and taking photos. I already have an iPod touch and like it but just can't decide whether to go for the HD7 or iPhone.
What are peoples opinions of either phone?

If it were me I'd go for the HD7, mainly b/c Apple seem too exclusive, eg you can only have certain types of music on the player- I have a nano and loads of stuff wont transfer as Apple don't allow it.
I also worry about the battery issue, with most mobiles you can replace the battery, expensive but a whole new lease of life and helpful if your caught short. But if you have an Iphone the battery runs down and the only option is to charge it up. As time goes on the battery on most electrical items gets worse naturally. At least with a mobile you have the option of replacing it.
And one last thing, not that I would ever refuse an iphone if it were offered to me, but they are a but passe now, bit middle aged, bit over. New phones seem to compare well if not better to it when others are quizzed on their comparison yet Apple charge way over the odds for them- perhaps one of the only brands who askes for a few £££ in addition to your 24 monthly bill. Other brands offer the handset for free, this makes me feel Apple are very greedy and taking more then they are due just b/c they can.0 -
I have just endured 8 months of moaning from hubby about his htc with calls cutting out for no reason. His work have had it replaced twice and the same fault, They have now decide to replace all the htc handsets in the company (a global corporation)as they are not fit for purpose. (HTC HD Mini) It still has glowing reviews though.
