Anyone know if the RBS Royalties account (with mobile insurance) covers water damage?

I looked at their terms and conditions, but could only see "accidental damage" and I'm not sure if that covers water damage?

    My Son's Blackberry fell down the toilet last October and we sent it off through RBS Royalties and they said if they could not repair it within 1 week or 5 days they would replace it. They sent us a new Blackberry. However we did have to pay a small excess.
