this is my first post , so i hope i do it ok. i have got granite worktops which i was so wary of with keeping them looking good but i use method daily granite cleaner and they do a e cloth for granite and lakeland do a spray called worktop wonder which i use once a week top protect it and give it a brilliant shine. a couple of goes with the granite daily cleaner from method and cloth should bring the granite up nicely. hope this helps and its ok to use the brand names.0

Thanks to you all for your replies. I'm going to try the fine wire wool or pumice stone at the weekend. If that doesn't shift then I will follow up with the vinegar option. This will be a lot cheaper than a water softener! :jMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

Shiny Sinks made by homecare fantastic product it is a cream which you squirt on and then rub with a sponge.
If the limescale is heavy it will need a couple of goes but as I say fantastic product and as they say it does what it says on the bottle.
You can get it from Wilkinsons0
