  • Just wanted to give you a quick virtual hug, you are doing great. I know it's an awful shock at the moment, but you are doing all the right things.

Hang in there, life will get easier soon.... it's just a horrible couple of weeks to get through, try and do something to take your mind off it. ( yeah, I know it's easier said than done!)

  • Well, for what is worth, I am signing up for a relaxion yoga class on Fridays, with my teacher of almost 8 years. I can't believe the timing, it is a new class that opent this week and I have been wanting to do a similar one for about a year, but it was always too late on Thursdays. As much as I am up to my eyeballs, not taking care of myself it is not going to help . I have my own yoga practice, but with so much going on, it is hard to find the time- but this Sunday it completely changed my energy levels. So that's something to look forward to. This morning I went to speak to someone about a job- and so did my colleague: we bumped into each other in the cafe and had a very nice chat- strange as the situation is, we both laugh at it and wish luck to each other.

And this evening I am meeting with a senior lady that I interviewed with in the past, to have a look at a system used in this particular job. It won't be easy, it is a more senior position and prob. hard to get but well worth a shot.

I have also decided tomorrow i will make my OH breakfast- he has a job interview and I want him to be happy and relaxed. he is being fantastic to my mood swings and constant thinking aloud.
I hope I can start to sleep again soon...
Friday is meeting with my Union official- I am not impressed that our boss was here yesterday discussing the changes with every one...but me- i thought this was just a proposal!!!

I have also overcome my own fear and approach a Head Honcho regarding a project I want to develop independently, may be attached to a department or as a freelance- meeting on Monday!!

This will be either the best or the worst thing that happens to me...
