1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents aged 23 or over who hold a valid driving license, excluding employees and their families and agents of the Promoter and anyone else professionally associated with the draw. Also excludes employees (and their families) of Renault UK Ltd, their suppliers, agents, third parties, employees of authorised Renault Dealerships or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. To Enter: visit http://services.europcar.co.uk/renaultcomp/ to sign up to receive information from Renault and Europcar between 10.00am on 15th November 2011 and 11.59pm on 30th November 2011.

3. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 30th November 2011.

4. No purchase is necessary. Maximum of one entry per person. Bulk entries, duplications or entries from third parties will not be accepted.

5. The Prize: There are 2 pairs of tickets to Rihanna's live LOUD tour on Thursday 22nd December 2011 at The O2 Arena in London, plus a 3 day hire of a Renault Clio or similar from Wednesday 21st December 2011 to Friday 23rd December 2011.

6. The prize must be taken on the dates specified. The car loan will be for 3 days with effect from the delivery / collection date & time. Europcar will be responsible for providing third party insurance [fire/theft] and road tax. The winner will be responsible for day-to-day running costs, fuel, tolls, congestion and parking charges and general maintenance. Winners will be required to sign Europcar's terms and conditions relating to the hire vehicle, prior to usage. The prize does not include expenses or travel costs to the concert.

7. For your total confidence, the winner will be selected in a random draw, no later than 5 days after the closing date, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

8. The draw will take place on 2nd December 2011. Winners will be notified on the 5th December by telephone and will be required to accept the prize by 12th December due to event dates. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter by this date, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement. The tickets will be re-allocated at the promoter's discretion.

9. There is no cash or other prize alternative available. The promoter reserves the right to offer prizes of equal or greater value, should the proposed prize fund become unavailable due to circumstances outside its control. Unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

10. Winner's name and county will be available after the draw date by sending a stamped SAE marked "Winners" to Emma Weed, Europcar Renault Clio Prize Draw, Europcar UK Group, Aldenham Road, Bushey, Watford, WD23 2QQ.

11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity (including photographic) and no fee for such participation.

12. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.

Competition draw date:

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 13 33 and follow instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines.
