Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To Enter: Either complete the online form, sign up to the SportPursuit and validate your email address or successfully refer your friends to SportPursuit (referred friend must become a member and validate their email address).
3. Multiple entries possible per customer. One entry for each new member and one entry for the referrer of each new member.
4. The prize will be worth a total of £1000 at RRP. The exact products will be selected by the SportPursuit team to suit the competition winner’s sporting preference. The competition winner can select between running, cycling, triathlon, skiing, snowboarding or outdoor.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all entries on 1st January 2012.
6. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prizes, in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
7. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made by a third party or with automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
8. The winner will be contacted within five working days by email to confirm their name and delivery address. If no response from the winner is received within 28 days, the Promoter retains the right to withdraw the prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants it believes are acting in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. SportPursuit Ltd’s decisions will be final - no correspondence shall be entered into.
11. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Winners may be asked for proof of identity.
13. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays by the postal services, for incorrect details being provided by the winner or for any other unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
15. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion.
16. For the name and county of the winner please send a SAE to: £1000 Sports Kit Winners List, SportPursuit Ltd, First Floor, 49 Conduit Street, London, W1S 2YS between 1st January and 30th January 2012.
17. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.
