Apps 2 SD android APP advice please

I have an orange SF with the original ROM installed. Can I use the above APP to transfer stuff to my SD card or would I need to install a new rom? Thanks

    No I'm afraid you can't, the original ROM is based on Android 2.1, and to use this app you need Android 2.2 which adds the native A2SD feature.
