Avoid Melin Homes [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]

ra200, you're just coming across as a ranter where nothing is ever going to be good enough for you. Your operation and anti-social behaviour in the area are irrelevant to this. Calling the company 'sick' is just hyperbole, you're repeatedly using claims like they bullied or intimidated you. You seem to misunderstand what they say then call them liars (they have asked for 12 months bills, you have supplied 1 bill).
There seem to be three issues you have: the heating system costs a lot to run, it doesn't heat the house up enough, and your treatment by Melin homes. Focus only on those and you might get further.
Melin have twice had NIBE and the installers out to look at your system. They believe it's working as it should be. Like it or not, that means there is nothing else they can do. You either have to put up with it or move. They aren't going to put in a new system just for you.
They have made an offer to pay your extra costs so take them up on it. How much have your electric bills been and how much would you expect them to be? Until you can answer those questions you're going to get nowhere. Meter readings are irrelevant, they will want to know what you've paid. You mention online bills, print them all out and send them off. Keep your covering letter very factual and to the point.0 -
How much have your electricity bills been since you moved in? You keep going on about them being high, but you won't say what they are. Alternatively, if the meter readings are recorded as you say they are, post them here - that we people can comment if your electricity usage is higher than expected or not.
It seems instead of dealing with the matter of cost or taking them up on their offer to pay extra costs, you're going to go to a solicitor, the ombudsman and the local paper. Melin have made an offer - why isn't it good enough?0
