T Mobile/M and S Vouchers not received

I bought a new phone before Christmas from T Mobile which had a £30 M and S voucher offer on. I followed all instructions etc and waited for my vouchers..... none.
I've emailed them, rung the number and been into the T Mobile shop - who told me the offer was run by a third company and its their problem. She took my details and said would try and help - nothing.
Any ideas what I can do now please

    It's T mobiles problem ....even if there is a 3rd party it doesn't matter.
    If you bought the phone direct from T mobile with the incentive of them supplying the M&S vouchers then it is T mobiles problem.

    You would have the right to cancel the contract if they don't hold up their side of the bargain ;)

    If you did the deal through a 3rd party then it's not T mobiles problem

    I bought two phones on the 16th December from Tmobile and the M&S vouchers arrived last Friday.
  • I brought a phone before Christmas and still do not have my vouchers. I got an e-mail that there had been a delay and that was it.

    There were two factors in my purchase, the vouchers and the 6 month internet bundle. I had to chase the bundle and no vouchers.

    I should have stuck to my rule about freebies and not relying on them.

    I hoping that they are just delayed as in spondon30's case.

    Sometimes they need geeing up a bit.

    What you could do is type up a letter along the lines of if you don't receive the vouchers or equiv payment in cash or cheque within 7 days you will consider the contract breached etc etc etc.

    Take two copies and ask them to sign one that they have recd etc etc

    It's surprising the effect of asking someone to sign something .....it heps them pull their finger out ;)
