You look at the VISA guide for best practice for autorenewal and match.com don't follow it. They should send an email saying they will be taking money before they actually do.
    I certainly agree with this - something along the lines of "Your subscription expires in a week and we will be renewing your membership on xx/xx/xx" allowing you to go into your account and preventing it from renewing.
