Is anyone else receiving spam from these guys?

If you unsubscribe it makes absolutely no difference - I know because i've tried more than once.
Id report them to OFCOM or whoever the appropriate body is if I thought it would make any difference.

Yes, I have tried subscribing several times. They are owned by Submission Technology Limited who own cashback.co.uk, Greasy Palm, We Promise To and many other white label cashback sites.
All my cashback at WPT has recently disappeared from the account, later to be credited with a large amount missing.0 -
Yeah, I have a vaugue memory of signing up to We Promise To and now get near-daily junk which I can't unsubscribe from - there is a contact address on freebiegb.co.uk which I'll write to...but I'm not hopeful.0

Can you pass that address on if you could?
Don't know why these companies are allowed to get away with this - surprised that there aren't more people on here complaining.
I think I am going to forward every spam email I get from FreebieGB to webmaster@freebiegb.co.uk see how they like getting this sh** every day!0 -
Doesn't your email client include a spam filter or the ability to just bin certain senders?
If not you'd do better devoting your efforts to finding one that you like which does than engaging with spammers from which the only effect will be an increase in your blood pressure.
Spam is a fact of internet life and you have to learn to deal with it.0 -
freebiegb.co.uk is run by these people:
submissiontechnology.co.uk
Link above (well not full link as I'm a newbie and can't post full links yet) includes phone numbers in case anyone wants to phone them up.
As of a few days ago I am also being spammed by them although I've previously had nothing to do with them so I'm guessing that my email address has been passed on by someone else. The only thing I can think of that I've subbed to recently was Groupon - I'd hope it's not them passing on details?0 -
Submission technology have a phone number listed on their website.
Tel: +44 (0)20 7183 1653
I might start phoning them whenever I get the freebiegb.co.uk Spam!0
