dialaphone free gifts not
i purchased a nokia e5 from dialaphone and it came with a free archos 101when the parcel arived the free gift wasnt there when i phoned dialaphone the said it was sent out in the same parcel as the nokia e5 so i have to wait for dial a phone to send me a letter to investigate were the archos 10.1 has gone when all they need to do is check the weight of the package they sent to the weight it should have been had the archos 10.1 been in it i really dont think i will recive my free archos 10.1 has anyone had the same problem and how was it resolved
