Boiler & Heating Cover/Service - worth it?

Are you saying they charged you £50 parts and £50 labour, or £50 parts and £100 labour? Former OK, latter definitely not.
If they or Vaillant ordered/supplied the wrong parts, they how can that be charegable to you? It's between the two parties concerned.
It was £50 pound for the part and £50 for the labour making it £100 for the shower repair so it shows that the £216.50 charge for the boiler repair is way off
I think you are right it is between them and vaillant but it seems they have charged me for it and think its ok. They wasted time trying to fit an incorrect part and that wasnt my fault either. I'm even wondering if they have had the cheek to charge me for the o rings that were never needed because the odd £16.50 seems a bit weirdThanx

The hourly rate for plumbing will be higher, but it's still way over. Ask them to break down the bill.No free lunch, and no free laptop
