Unlocking Sagem myX-7 from Orange PAYG to port number...

Hi

I'm looking to move over to a different provider but notice I need a PAC but does this incur a fee?

Also I believe my Sagem myX-7 is locked to the Orange network, how can I get it unlocked? I see mant threads for Nokias but not for Sagem

pac code is free
myx-7 needs to be unlocked directly unless you pay for the code from orange
