  • Just had a wonderfully unhelpful response back from Tescos regarding the taking of the Asda coupons:

""Although all our stores are advised by Tesco Head Office to accept these coupons it is left to Management Discretion within the store to choose if they will accept them or not and to Inform his staff of what is acceptable. For your information, Our stores are advised to accept conditional spend coupons from the following competitors:

    ASDA
    Morrisons
    Sainsburys
    Co-op
    Marks & Spencer
    Waitrose
    Boots
    Aldi

However, I would also like to confirm that we will respond to specific marketing activity which is carried out by other retailers, by only accepting selected conditional spend coupons and for a limited period of time. Please be assured that this will be clearly communicated on an individual promotional basis to our participating stores.""

So are you saying that you that accept them or not???
