Those of you that cannot play Velvet should post it on their Facebook page as they are apolgising to the 'small number' that cannot play now....you need let them know so they can see just how many are affected....

Are the barcodes on 4 pack prom packet, the same as non prom packet? I read somewhere that you can play and claim with a non prom packet, is that right? Also do F/food still have them on offer?

Some peeps have used non promo packs and some say they have had their velvet cheques.

The numbers are the same but obviously you need to send in a pack with your receipt and claim form. If you use a non promo pack you take a risk that you will not get your prize money.

Yes they are the same barcode, technically you should 'play' with and submit a promo but some haven't sent the barcode at all with claims and been paid, also they give conflicting answers on their FB page so it isn't really clear by the looks of it

You will defo need a receipt though! :beer:
