I had this from Belvoir Fruit Farms, no idea what was wrong, it just would not let me sign in, even though I had registered. I sent them my details as requested and the next day I could log in no problem.

I emailed Velvet they replied asking for eveything about me except my blood group...replied with scant info telling them other details about me were mine and mine alone,for security reasons ,and as they had not handled the comp too well I did not trust them with details other than my name and email...had this reply just now

My friend bought a 4 pack, and entered for the first time the other day( Monday), she has entered every 24 hours but today she did not try until 4pm...she has been doing it at 2pm...she has not printed any coupons , and not had any wins...today 26 hours after her last entry she got the Sorry you've alreay played' message...she has a very, very unusual surname...I seriously doubt anyone else with that surname has ever played this comp....it is a name that has a 4 letter rude word in it and she never ever does comps because it always comes up with blocked 'cos of the rude word( like on here when we use swear words and they get edited out)........but she could actually do this one , until now....she's not happy as she only bought the rolls to play.......is this Velvet advertising a comp and enticing purchase with fulfilling their terms ......?

they asked me for ..name, age, address, email address,service provider, browser, and ISP number,times and dates I had tried to play.

I did not give them those details and told them why...I've had my identity stolen once and I'm very 'belt and braces ' now

hi can someone please give me the email for velvert ............. i only wonna win lol ........ not been able to play for 4 days now .... getting fed up like everyone else with this now ....... we all know things go wrong ......... but this should be conducted in a better way really . very poor for such a big company

I used SCAgeneralenquiries@sca.com but other than asking for browser & postcode nothing heard :beer:
