Had a good moccing afternoon at Mr T's £30 shop down to £15 - not as good as some of you, but I was very pleased with it.

Thank you for your further email. It’s that you've encountered further problems while attempting to redeem Asda Price Guarantee coupons in one of our stores.
As I’m sure you’ll understand, we need to ensure that these vouchers are only used once. For this reason, the appropriate receipt must be presented at the time of the transaction and will be signed by our staff. There's no need for us to photocopy this receipt and it’s unacceptable that staff made you wait while they did so.
To ensure our customers don’t continue to be inconvenienced in this way I would be grateful if you would tell me which store you visited. I will then be able to speak with our Store Manager who will make sure his staff are aware of the process they should be following.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this. I do hope that you will give us the opportunity to address this matter with our store.

hi gill - I named and shamed my local T's and then stopped using my clubcard. A few weeks later of me 'not shopping' there (I did but I used my OH's card!) I received 5 x £10 off £50 conditional spends - just for me and for my named local store. AND the training filtered down and I've not had a problem since. Deffo name and shame!

was doing Velvet comp now but today I am getting "already played" message when playing again with same IP unlike yesterday.



Only won lots of £1 (declined) and of course squirrels on rest....so will have to try tomorrow I think...

Hi, your post yesterday said you were entering at 11.13pm so if you wait until then you will probably be able to enter. You need to wait 24 hrs I understand.
