TalkTalk broadband

Hi there,
I need some advice as I have been sorely ripped off by the TalkTalk offer.
I signed up as broadband customer and where they could not provide this service straight away I was having to dial-up. This turned out to be incredibly expensive, way above my previous costs for dial up through Tiscali (£70 compared to £35 per month).
Talk Talk did offer a £100 cash back if they proved more expensive than your previous supplier but this was dependant on having a single supplier for landilne, broadband and rental.
I have been left with a bill I did not budget for, cannot afford and now bailiff action is being threatened where I have been in dispute with Talk Talk so long about this issue. They will not budge.
Do I a)not pay and see them in court; b)pay-up and seek further advice; c)pay up and cancel paying the £70.00 termination fee?
Please help:-(
Many Thanks
Ana

(B) definitely, any further action on your part can only take place if you do NOT break your side of the agreement. Good Luck.0
