advice needed bought curtains listed but the seller advertised the wrong size

ok thanks may need some help on this as i have never had any problems before will i have find paypal chargeback on my paypal account also do i have to post curtains back before i get a refund and do i have to pay the return postage as its about £12 or so

i have thought about this but no i will not get anywhere near what i paid for them as the size he stated costs £139.99 but the size i have received cost £80 brand newIf no joy with paypal or the seller, is it possible for you to sell them again to get your money back?
is it worth me sending 1 more message or file a chargeback straight away

i have looked on paypal i cant seem to find the chargeback section to send to the buyer as he is not getting back to me
