I don't know. I'd contact Vodafone customer services - 01635 33251 - and ask. Also get the PUK in case you need to unlock it after another guess.0

Thanks have done so. The girl did not know either! Blocked it and unblocked it with PUK. She said it should be 0000 standard.0

Sorry to hear of the problems you've been having. I work for Vodafone and we do have default handset specific security codes on our systems. This can vary from handset to handset but the default on the RAZR range should be 0000.
If you're still having problems I'd recommend dropping customer services a quick email (https://www.vodafone.co.uk, 'contact us' 'email) if you specify the version of RAZR handset you're using and also include the short code FIT135 in the body of your email this will route you through to somebody on our email team who'll be able to help.0
