Help with Sky Broadband number ...

... can anyone help me with an alternative number for Sky Broadband please? I have searched & found these: 08000512595 & 08000287855, but when I rang it keeps telling me to ring the 0844 .... number which I don't want to do. Also I rang 08000512592 & there was a message for me saying they'd tried to call me :eek:
