I've done what I feel is right in this matter and hopefully it will be sorted out in good time. I don't appreciate people like you looking to start arguments as you'll find I don't rise to it.
EJF, through reading your posts (the first being when you were stranded at home, due to the weather, with no money etc and the great advice/help you received via this forum) I have made an assumption about you, despite never meeting you.
That assupmtion is; I have a soft spot for you, I actually find myself concerned for you. Sorry, but I can't help it.
I worry you're not getting the correct advice, via your 'helpers', that you should be. The people on here, on the main part, are only trying to help you, not hurt you.
No one on here, well a few exeptions maybe
, want to see anyone getting done for benefit fraud/getting less than they're entitled to, if they're a genuine claimant, which I believe you are, but you have to listen to the advice being offered.
You can start umpteen threads a day, asking the same thing, but if you won't take it [the great advice you've been offered from the regulars on here] on board then I'm afraid the posters on here can't help.
ETA: Uhhhohhh, looks like I've fallen prey to the latest "Multiple personality" thread.
Acch well, that'll teach me not to be so naive in future.

In a post above EJF say that they went "just" above £6000, I do not consider £4000 to be "just" over because as you say they have previously quoted savings of over £10,000.
Also they said they would not be posting on this forum again - add smilie.0 -
