Benefits, savings & inheritance question

  • I'm in a remarkably similar situation to yourself and feel that I've done the right thing in declaring my savings.
They're not as much as yours but they did (just) take me over the savings limit of £6,000, think you'll be just fine though.

Very sorry for your loss, hope everything works out.
  • Now that's what I call a good idea!

I am absolutely disgusted over the way some on here act.

I'm not entirely sure now which country we live in. I can assure you that whoever you think I am or not, you have made a mistake.

I will be writing to Martin to ask why there are such people like you on this site upsetting ordinary people asking questions.

Yes I am going now, and thank goodness. I will find another site that is less objectional

You had way over the 6K and you were also claiming LHA and council tax benefit as well!

We even told you you were fraudulently claiming because you hadnt informed the council that you had over 6K, but no doubt you have just wiped that out of your mind.

You are good at claiming what you shouldnt yet you claim to be "very badly disabled" and thats the one benefit you cant claim easily or that you are only entitled to what you get and you are not "very badly disabled" at all.

I always love when strangers on the internet make assumptions about people they don't even know, bored huh? Seriously though, you know nothing about me and whether I'm "very badly disabled" or not is, quite frankly, none of your business. I've done what I feel is right in this matter and hopefully it will be sorted out in good time. I don't appreciate people like you looking to start arguments as you'll find I don't rise to it.

You used to be amusing, but now you're just a bore.

As they say; "You've taken that too far..."

Feel free to come back when you've reinvented yourself. ;)

Another strange thing I noticed on Saturday is how improved you English is in all those posts (more than your whole history in one day), ever since you were accused of fraud by JCP in the real world:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

run along to mammy now for your warm milk, its a school day tomorrow.

Yes, you're quite right. Now, what are you still doing up? naughty, naughty :p Thanks for making me smile, really needed that I have to say. I haven't been accused of fraud, there you go again, jumping to conclusions as always! Goodnight and god bless :)

So why were you arguing with me the other day and saying we had agreed when we had not. Why do you keep asking the same questions again and again?

You posted quite openly about claiming means tested benefits with savings of around £10,000, which is fraud by any definition.
