    we have answered calls like that and just laughed and laughed listening to the caller saying hello...hello...? They must think we live in a mad house.

    I had a call (incidentally on the first day of moving into a new house with a new phone number) from a kitchen company saying that I was the lucky winner of a competition to have a free kitchen installed, so I went into full-scale celebration mode as if I'd won the £10M on the lottery - he didn't know what to do!
