Anyone know if customer services for them is actually the same but they answer the phone differently etc?
I'm with Elephant at the moment.
When I phoned Admiral they say 'Admiral', when I phoned Diamond they said 'Diamond' ... but everyone I have spoken to from both have been Welsh, so I'm assuming it's the same call centre? The Diamond girl knew all the information on the Admiral insurance as I asked her the difference between them, etc.0
