Cheap Screen Cleaner ?

  • Best advice of all is STOP TOUCHING IT! Really, unless it's a touchpad, there's no excuse for poking at your screen. Keep your fingers on the keyboard or the mouse and you'll only ever have to dust your screen.
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.

  • Thanks for the feedback everyone.

It's really dust - I usually leave my laptop in Hibernation mode when I'm away from it, but if I close the lid the damn thing always crashes, so the screen gets very dusty (as does the keyboard).

(one day I'll be able to afford a new laptop ... )

I picked up a box of 90 individually sealed wipes (branded Zeiss but looks like they are made in US so don't know what connection they have to Zeiss) for 99p in Home Bargains yesterday. I bought them for specs but it says they are also for computer screens.

Oh heck, there was I thinking of spending 1p more at poundland for them :D
  • I got a microfibre cleaning cloth and spray bottle of screen cleaner in a pack from Poundland. Cost £1.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
