We got a free sky+ box last week when we bought a new TV and I've sat in ALL DAY waiting for the engineer, who hasn't turned up. When I rang to see what was going on, they said he'd been (even described the house), knocked (er no, not a chance I wouldn't have heard it), put a card through (again, er no) and that I wasn't in. I've taken a day off work, not MOVED all day, not even had the a shower (!), and not had the TV on because I've been studying. I'm busy at work now until December and they can't rebook a visit because their December diary isn't open. It's been kept shut for all the new installations pre-christmas. For God's sake. I've been a full-package customer for 12 years I think, and I get this. Don't want to cancel because we like Sky, and there's no alternative for us here. AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0
