I ordered a sink from Simply Kitche Sinks - listed in the previous message - on Saturday. Received no confirmation, no follow up to a query and none to a second query yesterday.
There is never anyone on the online help and the phone number was going to hold messages on Saturday but now has a 'cannot take your call' message.
THere has been no money collected from my bank however, so maybe the order was never processed. There has certainly been no autoresponse to say that the company is in difficulty and the website is still operatin.
Have now officially cancelled the order and flagged the situation up with the bank so that I will find it easier to dispute if they do try to collect the payment after cancellation.

I ordered sink & tap from this company last week, had email confirmation and call to confirm delivery which was arranged for Monday, did not turn up. Have not been able to get in touch with the company, both numbers I have put you on hold. Have emailed couple of times and no response. Unfortunately they have my money:mad:

Me and my husband ordered a shower tray on the 13th Jan, we can not get hold of anybody at Mallory Bathrooms and have since discovered they have gone bust!! I have tried many numbers and can't get hold of anyone does anyone else have a numbers they have got through on? Thankyou:mad:

I thought it was illegal to continue taking orders (that will never be fulfilled) when you know the company is going into liquidation? I'm surprised that Quoba have came on admitting they are all going - but then people are replying since saying they've still taken your money?! If Quoba aren't going to complete any orders surely the decent thing to do would be to take the sites offline?? Or at least turn off the checkout??
