What mid range Android phone?
I'm now fed up with my crappy Nokia 5800. Symbian crashes 2-3 times every month and I spend time on fixing everything.
So I want to buy an Android phone (unlocked PAYG).
HTC Wildfire has low quality screen resolution (240x320). But otherwise it ticks all boxes. Price around £150.
I fancy HTC Desire. But at £350 (Amazon) it is too costly.
Is there any other good Android mobile in between?

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

Buy an Orange San Francisco and get it unlocked. RRP is £99, unlocking is straight forward.0 -
Motorola Defy could be an option, it is also dust and water proof http://www.trustedreviews.com/mobile-phones/review/2010/12/16/Motorola-Defy/p10

The Wildfire S will plug the gap between Wildfire and Desire.
It has 480x320 resolution and Android 2.3.
Soon to be launched in UK market. Don't know about price but it is available £150-£175, it should be a hit.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0
