HELP!!!! Really worried!!!!

I have recently booked a holiday through on the beach and they booked the flights with ryanair. Everything had been fine till today until I was reading something about ryanair and it says that they are cancelling flights that are booked through third travel agency parties and will only take bookings for flights for them who are booked directly through ryanair. After trawling through ryanairs terms and conditions it even says they have the right to cancel any flights booked through third parties. I have contacted onthebeach.com about the issue as I did not know this when I booked the holiday and am waiting to here back.
Has anyone experienced problems after booking flights through third parties or am I worrying about nothing??

Sugar Lump,
Ryanairs T&C are correct, and i do know that there are a lot of holiday companies that will not touch ryanair because of this. However on the posative side, i have not heard any where they have carried out this threat.
It may be worth while looking at your card statement, and see just exactly how the holiday was charged for. It may be that their system allows the ryanair flight to be booked 'directly' by yourself, even though you use the OTB system, it will show at Ryanair end that you booked the flight, and if they took the money directly off your card (rather than off a card belonging to someone at OTB), you should be fine.

Yes I only just noticed they had bad press too. the reason I tried them is because I know a few people who use them regular and they recommended them to me because they said they were good.
The reason I noticed this ryanair thing was because I was trying to log into the manage my booking (with the email address otb gave me) bit of the ryanair website so I could add baggage on the flight coming home and It wouldn't let me, it kept coming up with the message: 'The details you entered in order to retrieve your reservation did not match those on record'. However it let me log in to the flight coming out (with the same email address) and the status of it was confirmed.
I have also e-mailed otb asking them what it meant, If I get nothing back by tomorrow then I will ring them. It was then, I found a news article about ryanair refusing to take third party bookings. You could imagine my horror.0 -
I wouldn't worry too much. If I remember correctly the problem was with agents who were selling flights on Ryanair but at a higher price, and pocketing the difference. I think it also related mainly to agents abroad and not the UK.
As stated above there is a high chance that OTB have booked the flights in your name and payed with your credit card details so there is no issue anyway.
You do need to get the correct log-in information from OTB though so you can get into your booking. You need this for your online chec in which is mandatory on Ryanair.0 -
This log in information that otb gave me works for one flight but not the other. The other flight just has no record of us, this is what i'm worried about. Hopefully otb will give me some answers....0

They can't do that, can they? (use a customer's credit card details to book flights)
Does it show up as Ryanair on the credit card statement?0 -
You should never book with an agency that uses budget airlines, you have no control over the booking, you do not normally get details to be able to log in to your flights, and on this one you need to print your boarding passes online, if you cannot do that for the flights and turn up at the airport, the charge is horrendous to issue one.0

The thing is, I can log into the flight going out to Gran Canaria fine, I just can't log into the one coming home as it comes up with the message that there is no record of the details i've entered. If otb don't get back to me today then i'm going to have to give them a ring.0

Have you tried logging in using the other options if OTB have given you the ryanair reservation number?
