Virgin Mobile head of customer service?

I wondered if anyone has the name and email of Virgin Mobiles head of customer service. Despite talking to everyone from head office reception to the customer retention team, they refuse point blank to give the name of the person (assuming they know of course, which wouldn't surprise me if they didn't).

Any help on this would be appreciated.
