Are you male or female? If you're a bloke then swap your legs for a mans pair which should be at least 32" long minimum and then you won't have any issue

hahaha my hubbie is 29 inside leg too!!!

Gah! Gutting! I am 'tall from the waist up', but being 5'9" and tall from the waist up leaves me rooting around at the 29" end of the market :-(

I always have to take trousers up. I can't help being a 5'4" short @r$e and short is too short and medium is too long.

I use yards of that wundaweb stuff.

I've never been into a Primark and I'm a woman (for clarification purposes).

At least if you're a bloke you can specify a certain inside leg measurement.

try peacocks, matalan, or any of those cheap shops u get in town called 'Hypnotic' or summat else similar... everything £6.99 or less. They usually do petite as 'standard'.

and I thought I had problems with 36" trousers n jeans.

I've noticed that Primark (and lots of other affordable or budget clothes shops as well) have stopped doing 29" leg size - I'm not too badly off as I have a 29 and a half inch leg size (weird I know), so I can either make do with 30 inch depending on the make or design or decrease the length a bit with some iron on patches (I'm lousy at sewing).

And for the poster above, Matalan and Peacocks have stopped doing 29 inch as well (at least they have in my area). I guess forking out a bit more money to go to Slaters is the way to go (free adjustments though).

  • at 5'2", with a relatively long body and short legs, I spend a lot of my life turning up all kinds of clothing, regardless of where I buy it from, or how much I pay!!!
