PRIMARK no 29" legs.

Just been into Primark and been told they now do not stock jeans/trousers with a 29" leg, this is a popular size but according to the assistant their Irish providers have decided to do only the popular European sizes! we are Europeans and 29" is a popular size!

Primark will analyse it's stock and see what sells best. They will stop buying stock if it does not sell well.

It may be just a regional trend as well.

It is clever marketing. You buy a longer leg pair of trouser, they fray quicker as they are trailing on the ground, so you buy another pair sooner than you normally wouldv'e - Primark get more profit!! :)

Why don't you go to a proper clothes shop to buy your clothes instead, then?
Oh come on, don't be silly.

Why should I purchase a ready to wear item then alter it?

Have bought jeans from Primark previoiusly, (29") and they fit, 30" will be to long.

    Buy from somewhere else.

Have done, T J Hughes got the custom.

I was just pointing out Primarks recent policy on sizes re jeans/trousers, (they may have others), this is a "Praise, Vent and Warnings" thread.

You know I was all set out to point out how this was a vent forum and you are entitled to vent etc etc. How Primark is no less a clothes shop than any other on the high street etc etc

    Then you posted the above.

    I'm out.

Are you male or female? If you're a bloke then swap your legs for a mans pair which should be at least 32" long minimum and then you won't have any issues :D:D:D
