thanks again for the reply. have you made anything from referrals? it looks like valued opinions at 2 pounds is pretty good, does this work? i cant see where it says that it pays this amount on the site? if i refer a friend do they have to sign up and do they have to take surveys before i get the 2 pounds?
cheers

I don't earn anything from referrals. Knowbody have ever asked for any.:( It is somewhere. Let me look.
Can't seem to find it since they have changed the site. sorryI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
i can find where you refer people so i will try it tommorrow. you put in your first post that it is 2 pounds for valued opinions?

Misssarahleigh can i say thanks, im a member of just about every survey site going i think, and then you put some id never heard of!:rotfl:
Ive had to type all mine with my login details so i remember, also i lamenated the sheets so i write how much is in each account and then can rub it out as it changes!
I would miss internet surveys has i use them to pay for a lot of my things without using my wages.
Id like telephone and group studies too. Anyway many thanks for the time you put in!:beer:2016 Money challenge - £2900 -
Im new to surveys and have a few questions about them. Do i sign upto as many a possible or just a few sights? Also how long do ppl spend doing them a day say? I dont want it to take up all my time for not a great deal in return? Does anyone know if i spend an hour a night at them what sort of money would i expect to see?
Thanks in advance0 -
I'm the same as the previous poster, just started... how do you know when you can cash anything in? I'm not that organised, but did read someone above saying they'd lost points when the rules were changed.0

The money you earn depends on the time you put in, the companies you are with and the invites you receive.
E.g. A survey from New Vista will make a minimum of £1 (normally more). They are a well paying company and can take 15-20 minutes.
Other companies e.g. mysurvey pay in points. They offer 100 points for a 30 min surveys (86p) which you can obviously work out isn't as good a rate of pay.
My advice is to join many but PRIORITISE. I have highlighted the better companies in Pink in the OP. Join these first. Set yourself a target e.g. one a week, but don't register all in one go as this will take you forever as surveys want a little info about you first so they can send the right surveys which takes an initial bit of time.
You will also have to gain some info by experience. You may find you like a certain site better than another, and although doesn't pay as well you like taking the surveys on that site more. Or you may find that even though surveys pay less on certain sites, you like having you money quicker because of a lower payout level.
I cannot give you a straight answer i'm afriad as a lot depends on your own personal preferance's and without having a go at them, you won't know which you like better.
As for an hourly rate it toatally depends. If you happen to hae 3 new vista surveys that that could be quite nice, if you only have 2 mysurvey ones not so good. (also, some sites send email for surveys, some sites you can log in and find surveys and other sites do both) You will have days were you have few invites and days where you have many. A little expereince and you will easily know whether you want to do something. On day you may earn £10 another £0.
I have a lot of surveys in my inbox. Most of the time i ignore them as i have other things to do, but when i do site down i look and find the ones that pay the most, or a shorter one as tea is cooking and i only have 10 mins etc etc but I have the choice because I signed up to a lot.
For this exact reason I would suggest using a different email address if your going to join a lot as it can be quite annoying.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Hi,
thanks for the reply. i am quite new to surveys but seems like an ok way to get a little extra cash. i have going for around 4 weeks and i am on 8 sites now. i have made around 55 pounds so far, just wondering if that is a good amount or could i possibly expect more? Of course i havent hit the level's needed to cash in on that money.
I am also wondering to you tend to withdraw as soon as you hit the required level or is it better to just continue accumalating points/cash and cash out a bigger amount?
cheers

55 pounds in 4 weeks is good. What are your survey sites?0 -

I tried to refer someone a couple of months ago and I got a reply saying they're not doing the referral with Valued Opinions right now. Or that I needed to use the form (which I had). Or something. I wouldn't bother with it.
With surveys, it's not like eg ChaCha where you say, right I'll sit down for an hour and do some now, because they come in and different points. You might have time to do some surveys but not have any invites. I tend to do them as and when, if I have time, and try to do them as soon as possible after I get the invite as surveys close.
I've been doing them for years and if you really prioritise them you can get payouts quickly eg valued opinions, I got a £10 payout on 21 September and I'm just waiting for a survey to be credited that I did a week ago and I'll have another £10. That's not bad for lazy clicking while watching tv!0 -
How many survey sites I can join at a time & what's the invest plan ?
You can join as many as you want. Although I would suggest doing them one at a time. Most like a 'profile' of you when you join (so they can send the correct surveys and your not constantly being told you don't fit criteria). This can be a little time consuming although there are a few companies that pay for this.
Start with the ones in pink in the OP.
And what do you mean "Investment plan"?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0
