Survey Sites - Payout Levels/Methods and Referal Info

Hopefully this list will be some help. The companies below are the survey sites that I use and trust with the information about payout levels, cashout methods and for some referral links and bonus.
I have stated the payout method that I use for the site. But some sites offer a variety of options.
** For the newbies :-) Survey companies pay for your opinions on products/survices or political views. They send out email invites (or some sites you can log on and see a list avaliable) and reward you for your time (be warned, some companies pay better than others.). There is no demand you complete them, you can choose to take part or ignore the invite. This won't make millions, but find it pays for my christmas spend. The more you do, the more you will be rewarded (like everything)**
I have spent a lot of time putting this together as I see the questions asked so many times, should you need any further help jusr PM me and i shall try
Also, I have all this information on a spreadsheet with a column for username and password to keep track as well as a sheet to reord when payouts are requested an paid (I forget who I ordered what from and if it arrived or not so list them all down now and mark them off). If anybody would like that just pm me :-)

The surveys in pink are the ones i prefer. There are some you will like and others you will not but it’s for you to see what your comfortable with and how much effort/time you are prepared to spend.
Sometimes i am to busy to take the surveys, other times so quiet there isn’t enough. I use surveys for my Christmas spend and get roughly between £200-£350 a year. I could receive more if i put a little more effort in.
If you have any questions or need any help feel free to PM me. Also, if you think i have missed a really good site off my list please let me know.
I do have a “thank you” button if you could kindly press it.

I have found that by applying myself and answering most invites I make about £60 each month.0 -
Thanks very much for the message misssarahleigh you have a few there listed that i hadnt heard of! There are a few names that keep popping up that i am already registered with and i really couldnt rate them at all (i was starting to think i had missed the bigger picture here!)0

What kind of timeframe is this covering (e.g. for Yougov Nehpets81 quotes a payout of £50, how much work/how long would it take to accumulate this much money?)
CT0 -
Yougov takes about 2 years and just right on £49 and surveys slow down0

I personall don't like yougov as my account was blocked and despite many emails never got this sorted (although many other people enjoy the site and have been paid).
I think you'gov must the the longest site to get your money, but if you don't want to wait that long join the companies with the lowest payout (e.g. Crowdology, i got paid twice in Jan)
With anything it's trial and error. If you join and don't like, simply dont continueI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

It totally depends on the survey site. For example, timeframes - Yougov is a very slow process as they send fairly infrequent surveys - the quote above of 2 years is pretty much on the mark. Whereas for Opinion World or Valued Opinions you should expect to achieve the £10 payout in about a month and a half (or less if you answer all the survey invites sent to you). This is not to say that Valued Opinions is any less work for the money than Yougov - in fact they are probably very similar payments per hour of work, it's just that they send far more survey invites.
What I have learned over the past year or so of doing this is that survey sites are not all created equal. Some have high rates of pay, but also high cash out levels (such as New Vista), some as above are somewhat middling in their pay rates but have varying levels of cash out and some seem very random - I haven't really grasped Toluna yet - I seem to toil away for ages for 50p (which they state should take 10 minutes) and then get fairly highly paid ones for not much work. Some people rave about Toluna but they are far too erratic for my ordered brain!
I'm currently working on a blog where I review all 30 or so sites that I am a member of but it's slow going so far...
Edited to add - problems such as Sarah's with her Yougov account are not uncommon and the responses these survey companies send out to problems are almost uniformly unhelpful!0 -

All I ever seem to get from them is sweepstake entries.
Not keen on the 'faff' with the separate login for the Hipanel either. Think you would probably only need/want to log in to the Hipanel, but still.. Minor annoyance, but with the sweepstake thing, and the fact that over 500 of my points seemed to disappear a while back, I don't really bother with them anymore.. am I missing something?
If you meant something else, ignore my rant :A0 -

You are right. My apologies, shall change it now.
I like this site. Even if you don't qualify for the main survey they often give me 30p for trying lol
I find the surveys quick and simple without being that boring and a decent payer. One of my favs :-)
Like i said before, everyone will like some and hate othersI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Lovely list Sarah, thanks
I think it is worth mentioning that with Toluna many can get about £100 worth of vouchers off them in a year, but it takes an age for the vouchers to come through the post and you really need to stick at itDribbling my way to £11k... so far £653.69/£11000

Agree with this. I've never taken too much notice of the rewards (until recently). I'm a bit of a 'hit and miss' 'surveyer': I don't check that email a/c daily and tend to 'tidy up' sporadically. I've recently decided to be a lot more careful about which ones I do though, since they offer rewards like 2.400 points for a 28 min. survey, which equates to about 40p, which when compared to Valued Opinion's offering of £1.50 for a similar length, seems cheeky!
(I was also astounded earlier when I thought they'd 'nicked' about 300k points off me... However, having had a look at my account and a think, I've decided that I must've made a typo, and my points are around 49k instead of 349k :rotfl:)
I prefer VO's emails too. They clearly state the expected time the survey will take, the reward, and the deadline. They're pleasing to the eye too, unlike some.
Have just redeemed 1k points from GTM ($50). Last time I got one it was £35, which was nice. It's almost £31 atm. which I'm happy with.
Ordered a £10 Capital Bond from IPSOS too. Haven't had one of those before, but seem to be plenty of places to spend them
Ooh, I can redeem at panelbase too. Decent options there: BACS, cheque, vouchers (love2shop - redeemable at lots of places) :T0
